Opening Requirements

$200.00 purchase required for the initial opening order.

Qualifications

Bedtime Linens & Home Décor requires the following items from buyers:

  • Photocopy of a current business license
  • California Companies must submit a Resale Card. Sales tax will be added to your order if we do not possess a Resale Card at the time of sale. After Resale Card verification is provided, along with invoice numbers and the amount due, Sales tax will be reimbursed with a refund check.
  • Photocopy of a Sales Tax Permit (Optional for company outside of California)
  • A copy of your company's business license.

Payment Methods

Bedtime Linens & Home Décor accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Card Payments are preferred
  • Prepaid Company Check. Funds must clear before the product is shipped
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), Money Order, or Certified Check [subject to approval]
  • Prepaid Bank Wire Transfer

Minimum Order

Bedtime Linens & Home Décor requires the following minimum order policy:

  • All orders are required to be at a minimum of $200.00

Special Orders

Bedtime Linens & Home Décor will accommodate special orders. All special orders must be paid in full at the time of order. Once a special order has been placed, it is NON-CANCELABLE. Orders for items that are not in-stock, even though listed in our catalog or website, may be considered a special order. All Cross-Branding and Manufacturing Services are special orders. Buyers are informed of an items special order status before purchase.

Freight

Prices do not include freight charges. All merchandise will be shipped with the fastest, most economic methods available, unless otherwise requested by the buyer.

Shipping Errors

If Bedtime Linens & Home Décor ships incorrect items due to our error then we will issue a UPS Call Tag to pick up the incorrect items and ship the correct items at no additional charge.

Returned Checks

If a check is returned for any reason then a $25.00 service charge be added to the invoice and all subsequent orders will be permanently designated a payment method of Cash Only Cash on Delivery (COD) or a Prepaid Certified Check. An additional 2% service charge per month will be added to all returned checks.

Refused Shipments

Any shipments returned REFUSED for any reason will be permanently dropped as a distributor and no further shipping arrangements will be made. Furthermore, any REFUSED shipments returned to Bedtime Linens & Home Décor do not constitute the right to a refund or credit. Company policy dictates that customers pay all freight charges and a 40% restocking fee for all returned items.

Back Orders

Bedtime Linens & Home Décor will hold and ship all back orders as soon as possible by truck or by UPS. Buyers that want back order items cancelled should call Bedtime Linens & Home Décor or make a note on the purchase order.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Only defective products may be returned or exchanged. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original unsealed packaging. Any merchandise that has been unsealed or shows signs of usage, tampering, or wear will NOT be allowed for return or exchange.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued prior to any returns. Bedtime Linens & Home Décor will refuse any return without a Return Authorization Number.

Please write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the returning package. Additionally, please tag the items inside the return package with your name and Return Authorization Number.

All returns must be received by Bedtime Linens & Home Décor within 10 calendar days after the Return Authorization Number has been issued.

The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement or refund, it only implies that Bedtime Linens & Home Décor will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.Company policy dictates that customers pay all freight charges and a 40% restocking fee for all returned items.

A photocopy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a written explanation and a contact phone number where we may reach you.

All approved refunds will be paid by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, determined by Bedtime Linens & Home Decor.

Damage or Loss Claims

All products are carefully packed and pass rigorous quality control testing before shipment. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damages or losses to your shipment must be made with the carrier. Please keep all shipping containers and packing material for carrier inspection.

Bedtime Linens & Home Décor will not initiate any claims with the carrier. Claims for a shortage of items or damaged items must be made within five business days after receipt.

Warranty Policy

The following requirements encompass our warranty policy:

All products sold by Bedtime Linens & Home Décor are only subject to the manufacturer’s warranty, if any, and are subject for submission to the manufacturer for repair or replacement at their discretion.

No warranty will be valid to products mishandled or damaged by customers.

Please contact the manufacturer directly. However, please send any duplicate claims made to the manufacturer to Bedtime Linens & Home Décor.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling fees. Furthermore, any inconvenience cost cannot be included within the claim.
